ABOUT
The geographically dispersed TTP Community made steps to change the prognosis for all TTP patients. Prior to walking participants circulated their personalized donation pages to their networks to not only raise money for TTP, but to raise awareness! On September 24, 2011 70 Participants walked with in their local communities for 2 hours wearing the educational TTP t-shirt. Continued online discussion about the walk continues to extend the awareness campaign.
The media release is attached below. Listen to the public service announcement (PSA) that was aired on 92 Citi fm and 102.3 Clear fm in Winnipeg! Download the link below. The PSA was aired 15 times per week on each radio station between September 5 and September 18. That is 60 spots over two weeks!
